Hello,

From what you have specified, it seems the problem may arise when the email address on the domain is forwarded to a Yahoo address. Hence, we the recipient replies, the email comes from the Yahoo address instead of the domain. So, if you forward an email address on the domain to another address, the replies will not go from the domain address but from the forwarded address itself.

The best possible solution is to set up the domain email address in Outlook where the email is actually received so that replies are sent from that email address rather than a forwarded email. As far as cPanel is concerned, there is'nt any option to change an outside email address to the domain email address.
