As you are using Outlook for sending emails, make sure that you have used your
Incoming mail server : mail.firstdriving.co.uk
Outgoing mail server : mail.firstdriving.co.uk
Also make sure that you have created separate identity for
billwood@firstdriving.co.uk in your outlook. If all these are perfect then your emails should forwarded properly.
