One thing I noticed is that when you configure the mail client in the control panel, it gives you the manual settings to enter, but for some reason the Mail Server Username has a "+" in it instead of "@", e.g. enquiries +indagatio.co.uk.
Why is that?. Had to change the "+" to "@" within the Outlook settings to get it to work. |
That is standard with a lot of email settings. All my email address usernames have + rather than @. I think it is due to the way the mail servers are set up.
