Question Transfer of Domain Name
Hi, please excuse my poor technical language.

I have a .name domain with 1&1. Currently its DNS is pointed to EUK.

Last week I cancelled the contract with 1&1, choosing the option 'transfer to another providor'. (At this point I emailed support but have not received an answer.)

How do I transfer the domain name to EUK?
