Pleased Puppy
I have to say despite my initial rant on the forum earlier today, I am more than happy with the service I received today with a problem that was testing my sanity. Within an hour of my rant the problem has been resolved and with humour on both sides.
I have not been with eUKhost for very long and have a reseller account, I have had some teething problems but they were mainly due to me getting used to things here and being used to a different reseller package.
Based onto today's prompt and efficient service I have respect for the support team, and still think Alfred deserved the slap on the leg that I sent him...lol
