Ooooooh, that's a good answer - and seems logical. I have no idea how I would change the dns resolver on XP however. I'll look into it.
I assume that a DNS resolver is web based? - and thus could be located in a different country to the machine requesting info? This would explain why a
website hosting doesn't resolve if it hasn't yet propagated to the locality of the DNS resolver. Or am I waffling boll**ks lol.
