Once the host looks at the code it is normally pretty obvious to them if there is any banned code or functions included in the code and is normally easily sorted with a substitute. That is one of the problems with testing code locally - it always helps if you can test it in the environment you are actually going to host it as it can save you many hours of debugging and heartache!
