Thanks for the reply i can understand about the certificate issue. and want to thank you all my two questions are still un answard i wish that can be answared too
1) i have also noticed that this plesk cntrol panel is very slow in access is it due to the design of control panel or due to server issue. (Cpanel or helm are much faster.)
2) what space is counted. in my previous hosting company the space utilised on disk is counted but i guess here the allocated space is counted which is not sutable. as in fact we are not using that much space. many
website hostings only occupy few MB space and as a reseller we do allocate then 50MB or 100 MB space.
if only 5 mb space is used ten 95 mb will be wasted.
