I'm posting here after talking to Andrew. I tried raising a ticket but kept getting an error message even creating a new account, receiving a confirmation email and completing the registration form I still got errors. I even tried emailing support but it bounced....

Okay my problem:
Three days ago I created 2 new sub domains:
articles.international-atemijujitsu.co.uk
news.international-atemijujitsu.co.uk

I'm really only interested in the 'articles' one for now. I'm unable to see the domain, when typing in the url all it returns is a 'page cannot be found' error page.

Is this a DNS issue?
Is there something I haven't done?
