I have just logged onto one of my domains and received and error that I did not expect to see as the matter had, as far as I was concerned, been resolved 3 weeks ago. However there it was staring me in the face as if to taunt.
Despite my previous misgivings with live support I elected to go this route again and give it the benefit of the doubt and this is where I met Kevin. Okay I don't give a flying fig what any of you say " he's the man". Not only did he answer my initial question and deal with the problem he also gave me the confidence and the knowledge that this particular problem would not occur again, and answered a direct question, and gave direct answers, which was much appreciated.
Ok cutting to the chase, in my humble opinion and this is not having a pop at the other members of the support team, but this young man is top notch and a credit to the company. I am very impressed and trust me I am a woman and not much gets passed me and I am not free with compliments.
Kevin should you read this, hope the red devils have a better score next match mate
