Hi,
this sounds like a huge and depressing problem. We are now at 12 hours plus without a hosting service, and I would like to know what the solution is and when the server will be up and running. While your engineers are looking for a solution, my phone keeps ringing with clients asking why they cant see anything on my
website hosting.
