Different scenarios take different length of time. If a hurricane went through the datacenter, it's not exactly hard to fix as your server most-likely wasn't damaged, just the electricity feeds - which are dead easy to replace if you have backup power substations.

When a server breaks, the problem is much worse, it requires a lot more effort, a lot more technicians, and a lot more skill to resolve the problem.
