Our System Administrators don't suspend any
website hostings untill and unless it becomes necessary to keep the servers up and running. Your
website hosting was using more than 20% of the CPU resources and thats beyond the limit as 3 such
website hostings would kill the server.
I have requested our technical staff to keep a watch on what part of your
website hosting is overloading and accordingly we can find a solution.
It is impossible for us to get professional when servers are overloaded by someone. Getting professional with 1 customer will make us loose other 100 customers.
