Same thing here. One of my
website hosting has been restored. Control panel, FTP & emails seem ok, but the
website hosting is unreachable via http. Looks like it's pointing to the wrong folder or something!
My customer is now really p####d off with me, blaming me for not doing my job properly. Great stuff!
As for the ticket, well, I suspect that the tech support is being flooded with queries on what the hell is going on.
