Yeah, it's totally sick. I don't know whether to be glad that I'm not the only one in this boat or not. I've got about 3 tickets waiting myself.
Evidently HC has got a lot to answer for. It has been buggy from the word go. Perhaps eukhost are making a general move to Plesk, but hell I can't face the thought of moving my
website hostings over to another server. I'd prefer to re-develop everything with php and MySQL Server and move to linux. Windows servers have always been problematic for me, but this is ridiculous.
