Is your outgoing mail server using [server name].eukhost.com or mail.[your
website hosting]? Often outgoing mail servers used are your ISP, which is not connected to eUKhost. Sometimes the ISP / internet connection can cause emails not to send and receive. The server status page has an row for 'pop' which should indicate if there is a problem with the server.
