Thanks a million for your replies. I genuinely appreciate you getting back to me. Your advice is very reassuring at a time when I feel a bit anxious about going through the whole process again which I'd only recently gone through with Hostmonster and had everything ship shape. I'll act on your advice and get things going tomorrow.
Thanks again - if your sympathetic and helpful advice is typical of how things are done at eUKhost then I guess I'm definitely making the right decision in choosing it as my new host.
A couple of other questions you may be able to help with ...Could you confirm that I will be able to have several addon domains on a platinum account. Will they be able to function as standalone urls eg mystie1.com, mysite2.com, and not have urls that are extensions of the primary account domain name? I have about 20 domain names and eventually want to launch them all in the next 12-18 months as part of the main account. Each
website hosting will probably consist of about 50-60 pages and I don't envisage huge traffic so I imagine bandwidth won't be an issue.
Also, are the eUKhost servers definitely in the UK? I read that some UK Hosts have the hosting themselves outside the UK which would presumably put me back to square one regarding the issue referred to in my original post about Google's PAGES FROM THE UK option.
One other thing - I have cpanel with my current host and an SMF discussion forum with my 'live'
website hosting. Can that be transferred across as I notice eUKhost has PHPBB instead of SMF?
