Hello.
Do you offer Awstats? Can I import my old log files from my current host?
What backups do you offer, other than one's own via cPanel, and via phpmyadmin if it's available?
Am I right in thinking I can host as many domains as I wish under one account under the Silver and Gold packages? How many under the others, please? How many mySQL databases do you get?
Are you able to offer help moving from my existing host, which uses cPanel (even if I move my domains to a third party for peace of mind?)
Can one upgrade account easily if required - even to reseller?
