You had opened ticket in support department and they moved your ticket in pre-sales queue as support department deals with technical problems only. We have limited Sales staff on Sunday but the support staff moved ticket in pre-sales queue by mistake while it should have been in Sales queue.

I managed to go through all tickets in pre-sales queue which hold tickets waiting for customers reply and your ticket was sitting over there.

I have replied to your ticket.
