Unless you are willing or considering a move to Linux so you can use cPanel, Plesk will now be your better option. If there are less bugs in it, which there is than HC, you are a lot less likely to run into problems while using and running your account. I assume that seen as though you said you changed to HC you have used Plesk before so hopefully it should be no problem for you to find your way around Plesk
