Default Transferring .co.uk domains to you

I hope I’ve posted this in the right forum. Apologies if I haven’t.

I’m at a loss and really don’t know what on earth to do about this problem. I purchased a reselling package here on 10th August and transferred the hosting of my .com website hosting and a couple of .co.uk website hostings from UKHost4U to here. I then asked UKHOst4U to change my name servers to yours (Eukhost.com) and all was well – my website hostings were online pretty much straight away.

Once I’d tested the waters I then decided to transfer my 3 remaining .co.uk website hostings over here and whilst I was at it, transfer the domain names also, so the hosting and domain names were all together here. I completed UKHOST4U’s hosting cancellation forms and also transfer forms for each domain on Monday which I sent special delivery (because UKHost4U denied receiving the previous ones). On receiving these the next day, UKHost4U took my website hostings offline and they have been offline ever since … even though I have paid for all these domain names again with you for two years.

You (Eukhost.com) have asked me to ask UKHost4U to respond to their verification email in order to get it under their control. However, UKHost4U say that is absolute nonsense, that it is your (Eukhost.com) responsibility to update the name servers now all the domain names are with you (ENOM). UKHost4U emailed me saying “.uk domain names do not have verification emails sent, when transferred they are released from one companies possession into the other companies instantly.” EUKHost, however, are still insisting that I ask UKHost4U to respond to their verification email, despite the fact I have told you repeatedly that UKHost4U refuse and have even threatened to consider my emails as spam if I ask them again.

In the meantime, my clients’ business website hostings remain offline even though I have paid for their domain names with you for 2 years.

Who is right?
