I have looked in my billing section under the domain sections and there seems to be no way of editing name servers. I can’t even see any sign of name servers. I do see however, that although they have taken my money to renew each domain for 2 years, the
website hostings are showing as not renewed!!
I have tried the 24/7 Chat several times and the telephone but they cannot help me with this particular issue. They simply keep saying they are waiting for transfer and the billing emails are still insisting that I contact UKHost4U for their verification email, even though WHOIS clearly shows that the domains are with them (ENOM).
Do eukhost staff ever respond to these posts in this forum?
