Hello ‘Chief Marketing Officer’ , thank you for your help.
I have got nowhere with the ticket system (emails via Billing and Support) nor Live Chat. They just ignore what I say and continue to ask for verification email from UKHost4u. Just now, however, I have finally received emails from billing (one for each .uk domain) saying “Your domain has been registered/transfered successfully.Please allow 24-72 hours for your domain name to propagate on the Internet.”
However, this should take no longer than 30 minutes as all that now needs doing is for eukhost to update the name servers to get my
website hostings back online.
WHOIS clearly shows that my domains
http://www.stkittsvet.co.uk and
http://www.hartscoon-mainecoons.co.uk (the 2
website hostings that have been offline since Tuesday) have been transferred already to you (ENOM) on Tuesday. I just need the name servers updating.
Help very much appreciated.
