If you look in your memebership panel as I suggested before, the domains should be listed there if they've been transferred (
www.eukhost.com/mb). On domain stats at the bottom of the page, click "view details". On the next screen, click on the relevant domain and then click change DNS. This will allow you to change your nameservers yourself.
It could take 24-72 hours for the change of nameservers to propogate as the information takes time to filter to all servers around the world. It usually takes less time than that though. You can always try and flush your dns on your PC to try and get the updated nameserver so you view the
website hosting on the new server.
