On domain stats when I click "view details" the only linkable
website hosting is my .com main domain (which my reseller package is registered under) and for this I get the error code “There was an error accessing the requested Domain.”
For the .co.uk
website hostings (which are my addon domains, 2 of which are still offline) none of them are linkable except for a ? mark. All this ? link gives is WHOIS details. It doesn’t give editing powers to update name servers.
I need eukhost to change the name servers for me - I have already asked them repeatedly to do this for me.
I don’t understand “try and flush your dns on your PC to try and get the updated nameserver so you view the
website hosting on the new server.” The important thing is for the two
website hostings to come back online for my clients.
I am really worried because 3 of the domains are showing as expired in August 2007 even though I have received confirmation email that I paid for two-years renewal 2 days ago.
