Several of my website hostings, in fact all that are on server .122 are down, can't even log in to control panel.

Eukhost have told me it's a hard drive failure, frankly i don't believe them as this server went down two weeks ago with the saem hard drive failure excuse being used, anyone out there know what is truthfully going on?
