You have setup a redirect for snerpton.net which is not nedded if you want snerpton.net to have its own webpage and separate conents. You should remove the redirect from your control panel to see separate
website hosting for http:// snerpton.net.
If you have the intention to use snerpton.net to redirect to a subdomain of twostepalgae.net then keep the redirect as it is and change the index page thats inside public_html/snerpton. Once you change the index page then you will be able to see your index page that you upload.
You can replace the index page from file manager in your control panel as well as FTP. We have good tutorials for using file manager as well as different FTP softwares in our support section located at
