It will cost £39 per year to have SSL Certificate. You wont need it if you decide to integrate only Paypal for now.

If you wish to accept online credit cards then you have to consider SSL Certificate. Paypal payment are done on their Website Hosting so you need not bother about SSL Certificate as of now.
