Nine hours and still down, I don't know about the rest of the users but last time I checked this server was hosting in excess of 230
website hostings so all of those are now down not a good advertisment for Eukhost. No replies to my support tickets either. I am getting seriously annoyed at the time it is taking to resolve this problem. I registered 3 new domains yesterday for a customer and put these on this server in order that they could be uploaded ready for the customer coming into his office on Monday to start entering data, these
website hostings are bespoke CMS systems for Health and Safety in the building industry. This same customer was beta testing these
website hostings on the 28th August when the server died for almost 48 hours, I ask myself what will he be thinking about the reliability of service? I have recently purchased a server at Uk2.net and I am going to order a 2nd and start migrating my
website hostings away from Eukhost, and will just use Eukhost for beta testing as it does not seem robust enough to cope with the commercuial
website hostings we develop.
