Hi, I currently have a
website hosting hosted by another company, but I'm looking to switch hosts. I'll need to be able to do the following as a minimum and Im wondering whether the gold account will suit my needs:
1. Access to multiple mySQL databases
2. Ability to run PHP scripts
3. shell access using something like putty
4. Ability to schedule cron jobs on the server.
The main reason I want to move from my current host is because of the slow response of their MySQL Server, the
website hosting works fine unless it needs to access the database, so I would hope transferring to you guys would improve this for me.
Also, i'm a little uncertain about how I would transfer the domain name, should I be able to do this with a minimum of down time?
