But for certain likeminded people who invent utilities. We are all like you. That's why there are automated softwares that save the login credentials for you. You don't have to remember them at all times. Just note them somewhere in a diary or something for future emergency reference. For day-to-day use, the respective program will save the information for you. You just have to say "Connect" in most of the cases and they do the login sequence themselves.
There is a better way though, if you have any certain maintenance issues, and you can always call-in support, they would do the needful for you. OR, we are here to help things out with.
