Default Account Migration

I received this email from EukHost today which says:

Quote:
Currently your domain(s) is/are hosted on vigilant.eukdns.com and this Windows server is running with Hostincontroller control panel right now. This server has no such automated backup utility so restoring this server incase of any trouble might take couple of days and that can result in major problem for your Business as well as our Business. We request you to visit http://support.eukhost.com and submit a migration request ticket. We will be moving all accounts from this server to our new Plesk Servers one by one. There is no such script to migrate all accounts automatically so we will need to move all accounts manually.

Accounts will be migrated on request only once you open a ticket from http://support.eukhost.com. Those who may not submit a ticket will need to wait till 3rd week of October which is when we will move remaining accounts to Plesk. This Server vigilant.eukdns.com(87.117.234.246) will be shutdown on 22nd of October 2007. Opening migration ticket on weekends would be comfortable for our Windows Support Team as they have less workload on weekends so moving your accounts on weekend will ensure 100% successful migration and that too without any sort of downtime.

I understand what's happening and am happy for the move to take place because I've found Hosting Controller a bit odd from time to time and have used Plesk before. But what I don't is do I or don't I raise a ticket?

Is the only reason to raise a ticket to get the account moved over at a time that suits me? If so I might well do that.

I have three website hostings, availability is important on one but the other two are not as important. A weekend move would be good though, I can then spend time fixing problems if they occur.

Has anyone been migrated already and did they have any problems - with ASP.NET sites?
