I cannot confirm that. It may not be a conincidence. I cannot answer your question as I do not have access to the relevant information.
What my previous post was stating was that in your previous post you stated the reason given to you for your
website hostings downtime was a simple service restart. And a service restart generally takes no more than a few minutes.
