No matter if you pay £9.99 over here and £900 somewhere else but we expect you to check your emails at least once in a week. If you ignore our notifications and expect things to happen automatically everytime then thats never going to work.
87.117.201.122 was giving problems from last 2 months so I am not sure why you had problem with its downtime only in this week. We've been requesting our customers hosted on HC servers to consider migration to plesk servers from last couple of months and some customers got their accounts migrated on first notice itself and they did so as they care for their Business and trust our words.
I wont stretch this any further as it was our server that got into trouble so partially we are responsible for what has been going on with Tucano.
