you have to do this research when there are a bunch of customers running after you just becuase their emails don't rach a third party. specially yahoo and hotmail, where there apparently is no synchronization between core techs sitting on servers/routers and tech support (blondes
) answering user queries not knowing what their geek couleagues are doing.
secondly, it is a necesary evil for me because i have a primary hotmail id since 1997. So all old friends, associates, customers, enemies and spammers use that id.
