Our servers getting filled right now have PHP 5.2.2, MySQL Server V 5.0.27 & Zend Optimizer v3.2.8
Some of our other servers have php 4.4.7 and MySQL Server 4.1.22 so we can setup your account on one of this servers. You will need to contact our support team once you signup to get your account setup on php 4 server.
Safe mode can be enabled or disabled from .htaccess file but by default safe_mode is Off on all our cPanel servers. GD library is available on all our shared hosting and reseller hosting servers.
