1. Which names (if any) suggest that ABC provides computer hardware services, e.g. computers sales, computer repair? Computer services sounds best for this.
2. Which names (if any) suggest that ABC provides software design services, e.g. database design, web design? Neither suggests this in my opinion. I think of back-end networking, database management or server management when I hear the term IT services and certainly not web design.
