I've heard nothing from support (ticket:#AHM-78986-967) in 5 hours - perhaps that means its being worked on as we speak - but with Eurofighter delivering
website hostings at a stupidly slow speed and Plesk taking 130.125 seconds to login (according to YSlow), then there is something definitely wrong with the server as it is. I'm feeling a bit in the dark and although I understand that these things can take a bit of time to sort - I would like at least some information about the problem or its progress. Or perhaps I'm invisible??
