01. How can a Customer login to his Members Area?
:- The customer needs to enter the Primary email address registered with us and the password to login to his Billing Account.

For Example :

URL : https://www.eukhost.com/mb
Email : billing@eukhost.com
Pswd : demo123

02. Can the Customer update his Contact Information ?
:- Yes, the customer can View & update his Contact Information.

a) To view the contact information :

1. Login to member's area
2. On the top of the main page, click on " My Info " tab.
3. From the right hand-side menu click on " View ".


b ) To change/update the contact information :

1. Login to member's area
2. On the top of the main page, click on " My Info " tab.
3. From the right hand-side menu click on " Update ".
4. Input the information accordingly and save changes.

03. Can the customer change the password for the Members Area ?
:- Yes , he can change the password for the Members Area.

To Change the Password for the Members Area, please follow the steps listed below :

1. Login to member's area
2. On the top of the main page, click on " My Info " tab.
3. From the right hand-side menu click on " Change the Password ".
4. Input the information accordingly.

04. Can the Customer list all the packages he has purchased ?
:- Yes , the customer can list all the packages he has purchased. He can even view the details of all the packages as follows :

To list & view the details of the Packages, please follow the steps listed below :

1. Login to member's area
2. On the top of the main page, click on " My Sites " tab.
3. From the right hand-side menu click on " Packages ".
4. Click on the package for the details.

Example :

05. Can the Customer update the Whois Contact Information for the domain/domains registered with " EUKhost " from the Members Area ?
:- Yes, the customer can access and manage the complete Contact Information Displayed in the Whois Database. He can also manage the features listed below :

To Change/Update the Whois Contact Info from the Members Area, please follow the steps listed below :

1. Login to member's area
2. On the top of the main page, click on " My Sites " tab.
3. From the right hand-side menu click on " Domains ".
4. Click on the package " Domain Name " for the details.

Changes/Updates that can be done for the domain name registered with us are as follows :

a) View Summary - The Contact Information in the Whois Database.
b) Change DNS - Change the DNS Name Servers.
c) Modify Contact Info - Change the Whois Database
d) Update Domain Password - Update the password for " http://access.enom.com ".
e) Register Name Server - He can register his private nameservers.

He can also connect to our website hosting to order new packages by Clicking on " New Domain ".

06. Can the customer update the Credit Card Information?
:- Yes , he can update the CC details for Authentication for his account, this updated information helps to protect the security & privacy of the customers account.

To update your credit card, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Login to member's area
2. On the top of the main page, click on " My Finance " tab.
3. From the right hand-side menu click on " Update My CC ".
4. Input the information accordingly.

Note: Your password is exactly same as your member area password.

07. Can the Customer View all the Invoices ?
:- Yes , the customer can view all the Paid/Unpaid invoices for his account.

To view the invoices , please follow the steps listed below :

1. Login to member's area
2. On the top of the main page, click on " My Finance " tab.
3. From the right hand-side menu click on " Invoices ".
4. Click on the Invoice for its Details.
