Ok LOL. Has this problem ever occurred before? I can see that there's a lot of work gone on and the support has been very good - which why I've stayed with eukhost (and recommended you to others) - but am confused as to why this problem has arisen and would simply like some informal explanation on how it could happen and if it's something you have encountered before. That's if there is an explanation lol.
