1. Which of these packages do you have installed? ImageMagick, GD or NetPBM
Ans :- ImageMagick, GD & NetPBM are installed on our servers and your gallery software will find the necessary binary automatically at the time of installation. If the software cannot find then you may contact our helpdesk and we can provide you the path for respective binary.

2. do you use php version 4? (4.0.5 or higher)?
Ans :- Our new server that is getting filled for rest of the month has got php 5.0.4. If you want php 4.4.2 then we can manually setup your account on our other server.

3. do you use safe mode on or off? This will probably be quite important as we are looking to host many GBs of company images and many of them will be upload by staff via the web.
Ans : Safe mode is turned off by default on all our servers but you can turn safe mode on by adding a code in .htaccess of your account.

4. Which version(s) of mySQL do you have installed?
Ans : We have 5.0.24-standard version of MySQL Server on our server that is getting filled right now but we can setup your account on other server that has 4.1.21-standard.
