I have a Windows reseller account on raptor (87.117.238.85). Since 13 September my statistics have not been working and I have not yet had any joy out of Eukhost support who say they are waiting to hear from Plesk support.
My
website hostings were working with AWStats and it worked fine until 13 September 2007. Since then I have tried changing stats to Webalizer in the account set up section and although this appears to have worked in the Control Panel, nothing has changed on the
website hosting itself.
I set up log rotation but my logs are now filling up and it is not possible to delete any of the logs that were created with a size limit.
What appears to be happening is that no processing of log files is taking place. So now, not only do my
website hostings not have any stats, my webspace is getting over-loaded with log files and I'm about to run out of space.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can do?
