This will be done in early hours in the morning and there wont be any downtime. Your website hostings will continue to work from either the old server or the new server during that phase of 30 - 60 minutes. Databases will be immediately switched to work from the new server once compete backup of databases gets restored on the new server. We have expertise in migration of servers and as this backup will be done using plesk transfer utility so there wont be any sort of permission or database problems.
