I have had several issues with my previous hosting providers, UKHost4U, (still some unresolved!) and looked around very cautiously for the right providers to avoid similar nightmares. After reading many reviews I eventually decided on EUKHost from which I purchased a basic reseller package.
I must say that staff, especially Ken, have been very supportive in helping me get my
website hostings online and resolving some initial hiccups. Ken has personally spent hours on live chat with me helping me with one thing or another and even got a staff member to phone me to explain matters a couple of times. It is very reassuring to know there will be somewhere there like him 24/7 if anything goes wrong.
