As you've said from your post, tech support always get to the bottom of what's causing the problem. And for other suggestions and minor problems with things, there is the forum to ask other customers who may have had the same problem.
I personally have a linux reseller account hosting several clients and I can't fault it. Had a few problems a couple of months back with apache not restarting automatically but tech support got it sorted quickly and I have not had one problem since. The technical support here is definitely better than any other host I've used.
