I had a problem with Xoops in past solved by disabling mod_security - thanks very much. However, I have a new problem which is really pernicious and hard to track down. Certain of my users are unable to upload photos using the standard packages, and several users get incomplete access to the site. The problems seem to depend on what ISP they use. AOL users cannot upload pictures (although they can on other sites), as well as a user in Scotland using Satellite (although again on other sites he is successful) - and a user or two on Virgin (ntl) cannot even access the web site hosting (DNS errors getting to me!)

I have tried everything possible locally - I am only coming to the forum now because I have run out of things to try. Anyone have any ideas? All my other users can upload without problems...
