I have flushed firewall on Islander so can you ask your customers to check now ?
Traceroute wont work for them but ask them to try tcptraceroute. They can download tcptraceroute from
http://www.goheer.com/products/tcptraceroute/
Ask them to provide tcptraceroute results. Our firewalls block normal traceroutes but tcptraceroute can never get blocked by any firewall.
