A couple of days ago Plesk went down on Kingair, I notified support and plest was backup in no time - excellent. However, I noticed today that one of my
website hosting which uses ASP had configuration errors. So I check the connection string for the database and lo-and behold it was the old string from when my
website hosting was hosted on Eurofighter (yes they are subtly different). My movement from eurofighter to kingair was well documented on this forum and you'll all know that that happened several weeks ago. Obviously a backup was needed after whatever problem there was with Plesk the other day - but why would a backup be made from weeks ago, and from a source that wasn't even on the kingair server? (the connection string in question was altered within minutes of arriving at kingair, so is several weeks old). Have backups not been made on kingair as per agreement?
I'd love to know.
