Are you on shared or VPS Hosting/dedicated? If you're on shared it should be installed as it is; if you are on shared and want to check if it's installed then follow the instructions here: Finding Out PHP Version and Installed PHP Components On Your Server - if Zend is installed it will come up on the page and the version will be displayed as well. If it isn't installed then you will have to open a ticket with 'support [at] eukhost.com' or from the helpdesk at http://support.eukhost.com. If you are on VPS Hosting/dedicated then follow the instructions here: http://www.webhostgear.com/184.html - that is how to install Zend Optimizer via SSH on Linux. One last note: AFAIK is cannot be done from cPanel/WHM.
