You cannot setup SSL certificate on your website hosting if you dont have a dedicated IP address. You will need a dedicated IP to setup a dedicated SSL certificate on your website hosting.

You can contact our helpdesk to order a dedicated IP or you can purchase the dedicated SSL certificate from us directly for £39 per year. It included dedicated IP for 1 year as well as installation.

If you donot wish to spend on dedicated SSL certificate then the shared SSL certificte would be perfect for you. You can take a look at Shared SSL thread in announcements section to know the Shared SSL URL for your website hosting.
